If an item you have ordered has a particularly long delivery time, our team will notify you in advance and give you an approximate delivery time for your item. If a seller has not shipped out within 48 hours, our team will contact the seller directly for an update. Once we are notified of the reason for the delay, we will update you via email. In the event that a seller has been unresponsive to our messages or has repeatedly given us false information on shipment times, we will request a refund on your behalf and refund you in full for your item.
